Multi-Day Projects: Resorts, lodges and larger hospitality properties often require 3+ days of photography for comprehensive coverage. Multi-day projects may qualify for a reduced daily rate, depending on the scope, deliverables and post-production requirements.

Digital Delivery - Professionally edited, high-resolution JPEG files supplied via a secure digital download link.
Commercial Usage Rights - Supplied images may be used by the client for websites, social media, marketing material, advertising and print media.

Additional Post-Production:
Advanced editing, detailed retouching, image manipulation and/or additional edited images beyond the package allocation are available and will be quoted separately according to the scope and requirements of the project.
RAW and unedited image files are not supplied.
Video
Video Deliverables - Optional Add-On
Video footage can be captured during your booked coverage, allowing the available shooting time to be divided between photography and video according to your requirements.
Edited video deliverables are charged separately:
Up to 15-second edited clip - Starting from R1 000
Up to 30-second edited clip - Starting from R1 500
Up to 60-second edited video - Starting from R2 500
Up to 2-minute edited video - Starting from R4 000
Longer-form films, interviews, voice-overs, advanced audio, motion graphics or more complex productions - Custom Quotation
Video deliverables include professional editing, colour correction/grading, licensed music where applicable, and digital delivery.
Please Note: Video deliverables are subject to sufficient filming time being allocated during the booked coverage and will be agreed according to the project brief.

Pretoria - No travel charge
Outside Pretoria - R5.00 per km, both ways
Toll Fees
Applicable toll fees are charged separately.
Accommodation & Meals
For multi-day assignments or projects requiring overnight travel, suitable accommodation and meals are to be provided by the client, or quoted separately where applicable.
Location / Venue / Permit Fees
Any applicable location, venue, access or permit fees are excluded and charged separately where required.
